– Bacteria: Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter dynamics (converting toxic ammonia to nitrite, then nitrate).
– Plants: Nutrient absorption, root health, and deficiency signs.

2.2 Water Quality Parameters: Monitoring and maintaining pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, and water temperature.

Practicum: Testing live water samples using colorimetric testing kits; identifying beneficial bacterial colonization.
